We Do Not Serve People Below 18, So Anyone Under The Legal Smoking Age Is Not Allowed To Buy Products From Our Website. People Under The Age Of 18 Are Also Prohibited From Using Our Site, Including Making Purchases And Providing Personal Information.  If We Receive An Order For A Person Under The Age Of 18, We Will Cancel That Order.

If We Learn We Have Collected Or Received Personal Information From A User Under 18, We Will Delete That Information. If You Believe We Might Have Any Information About A User Under 18, Please Contact Us At orders@directvapes.pk.

Order Confirmation Process

Order Processing Time Period Is 3 To 5 Working Days As Per Courier’s Policy.

After Placing An Order, You Will Receive The Following Calls, Emails, & Messages.

1. Order Placing Email & Message On Your Phone Number.
2. Order Confirmation Call, Message & Email Within 24 Working Hours (On Monday To Friday Only).
3. After Dispatching, You Will Receive Tracking Id Messages On Your Phone Number.
4. You Will Receive On Hold Message If Confirmation Call Will Not Answered.

Note: Availability Of Products Will Confirm On Call Or SMS After Placing Order. If A Customer Did Not Pick Up The Call One Time, We Will Call You Two Times On The Same Day Again, Incase Not Picking Up The Call We Will Call You The Next Day Again After That, We Will Put Your Order On Hold And Message You The Reason Why Your Order Is On Hold.

No Order Will Be Dispatched On Saturday & Sunday.

Customers Can Cancel Orders By Sending Email At orders@directvapes.pk.Within 24 Hours After Placing The Order & Before Confirmation Call.

Home delivery is not available in certain remote or non-serviceable areas. Orders for these locations will be sent to the nearest TCS Service Center for collection. Customers must collect their parcels directly from the designated TCS office. TCS will notify you once your shipment arrives for pickup. Advance payment is required for remote-area orders; COD is not available.
Contact our support team if you are unsure whether your area is classified as remote.

Membership Card Terms & Conditions

Silver Membership

• Minimum monthly eligible purchase: PKR 15,000
• Benefit: 10% discount on eligible products
• Discount excludes accessories and disposable products
• Membership/discount remains active only while the PKR 15,000 monthly threshold is maintained

Gold Membership

• Minimum monthly eligible purchase: PKR 25,000
• Benefit: 15% discount on eligible products
• Discount excludes accessories and disposable products
• Gold Card is issued with the next order after meeting the PKR 25,000 threshold
• Membership/discount remains active only while the PKR 25,000 monthly threshold is maintained

Mobile Number Verification

• Use the same registered mobile number for all membership orders
• Discounts apply only to orders placed with the registered number
• Orders from another number will not receive membership discounts
• The registered number must remain active and accessible for verification

Customer Care Service Availability

• Customer Care Service Is Available 10 AM To 6PM.
• Inquiries Placed After 6 PM Will Be Answered The Next Day At 10 AM.
